My approach is grounded in depth, presence, and attention to lived experience, drawing from psychology, somatic awareness, and transpersonal perspectives.
I hold the assumption that human beings have a capacity for integration. I work slowly. I listen carefully. I pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface of what is said.
I also draw from experiential approaches such as Focusing, hypnosis, and Holotropic Breathwork to support people in meeting what arises in the body and psyche with curiosity and care through felt experience, not fixing.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people one-on-one and in groups, accompanying them through moments of crisis, transition, and unravelling. What I’ve learned is that transformation doesn’t come from effort or force, but from the moment we stop running from what is and allow ourselves to be seen, felt, and held in truth.
Beyond any formal training, what shapes my work most is my own ongoing devotion to self-exploration. My path has led me toward a life deeply connected to nature, where I find both grounding and inspiration.
I’m drawn to the meeting point between psychology and spirituality where painful experiences can be understood in ways that deepen awareness.
Outside of my work, I live a slow and simple life in a valley by the ocean, expressing myself through dance and poetry.
My approach is grounded in trust in your inner process and your natural capacity to make sense of your experience when it is given careful attention.
I offer a compassionate space where nothing you bring is treated as a problem to eliminate.
I support your process through listening and attuned presence.
It’s a precise, careful, responsive attention that helps you think clearly, recognise your own patterns and contradictions, and reconnect with what feels true.
Together, we explore what arises: thoughts, emotions, sensations, and consider how they relate to the changes you are facing.
The work unfolds in response to your unique rhythm and needs.
* I do not offer support for severe trauma or acute psychiatric conditions. This includes situations that require specialised clinical or medical care. If you are unsure whether this work is appropriate for you, I’m happy to help you reflect on next steps or refer you elsewhere where possible.

"I decided to seek support when I was no longer able to deal with my partner's depression and the subsequent breakup that he initiated. The support I received from Ada is invaluable and I am convinced that what I have learned whilst working on myself will remain with me for the rest of my life. Ada is a warm and friendly person who can listen carefully and encourages reflection. Understanding, compassion and the lack of feeling of being judged made me trust Ada very much and I treated this relationship as one of the most important for me while going through this difficult time in my life. Throughout the entire period of regular meetings I not only felt cared for, listened to and understood, but also had the feeling that Ada was walking with me, shoulder to shoulder, which gave me incredible courage and self-confidence. Today I can say I feel relief, joy and faith."
"I felt that something was wrong with me on many levels. I reached the point where I was afraid to leave the house alone. Starting work with Ada was the first step towards finding myself. Each subsequent meeting gave me the strength to work on my life and a better tomorrow. Ada is a very understanding and warm person. I felt free to express myself. I finally learned not to ignore my needs. I wanted to feel independent. A lot has changed. I am a different person, I look at my "old self" with compassion. There's still a lot of work ahead of me, but I feel like I'm going in the right direction."
"Twenty years of accumulating "problems with myself", almost the whole life in the belief that "there is something wrong with me". The biggest mental crisis came in the postpartum period after the birth of the second child. There was a lot of fear in me to open up, but with each session it was going away and a space appeared for a truly profound process of change. Today, after almost a year, the dominant emotion is gratitude. At the beginning of this path, I mainly felt anger, reluctance, burnout, and resignation. I opened up to feelings, to acceptance, to grief and finally to the joy of life. The effect of the work is not only the improvement of well-being and the quality of everyday life. I gained a sense of meaning, acceptance and self-understanding. Ada’s tender company in my process is an indescribable support for me."
